I’ve mentioned this before, but Swat Kats was one of my favorite shows as a kid.  I think it was one of the shows that planted the seed of my future love of voice acting.  Above are four recurring villains.

First is my personal favorite, the Pastmaster: an evil, time-travelling wizard.  He has this one line that I just love: “Hear the spell of this immortal: send this creature through the portal.”  IDK  Voiced by Keene Curtis

Next we have Dr. Viper, a mutant scientist specializing in bio-chemical warfare.  Voiced by Frank Welker (aka the original Megatron and Nibbler from Futurama, among so many other roles)

The two robots are the Metallikats, former criminals who were given robot bodies.  The Metallikats (Mac and Molly Mange) were voiced by Neil Ross and April Winchell

The fourth figure is Dark Kat, and I’ve talked about him in previous posts.  Again, he was voiced by Brock Peters

The fifth villain wasn’t a recurring foe, but I wanted to include him because of the man who voiced him.  The character’s name is Madkat, and he was voiced by the great Roddy McDowall.  McDowall began his career as a child star but proved to be an absolutely stunning voice actor towards the end of his career.  His range was quite astonishing.
